Pilates scheduling software: the slot logic, plus the client-relationship layer nobody bundles
Most pilates scheduling software solves the calendar. GymManage Pro solves everything downstream — packages, renewals, at-risk clients, instructor notes — so you're not stitching two tools together with a spreadsheet.

Reformer studios have four scheduling patterns, not one
A generic scheduler thinks in 'appointments'. A pilates studio needs: (1) group reformer with fixed capacity (usually 6), (2) duets — two clients paired by instructor discretion, (3) private 1:1s that book in advance, and (4) drop-in slots for intro-offer clients. Software that flattens those four into 'events' will leak revenue somewhere.
GymManage Pro treats each type as its own SKU with its own package logic. A client's 10-pack of privates doesn't accidentally get drained by a group session. A duet slot with only one signup can either auto-cancel or convert to a semi-private with pricing baked in.
Late-cancels and no-shows: the silent revenue killer
Pilates studios lose 4–8% of revenue to no-shows a year. The pattern is always the same: the client cancels 90 minutes before, the studio doesn't charge because there's no policy in the software, another client on the waitlist doesn't hear about the opening.
Configurable cancellation windows, auto-deduction from packages when a client no-shows, and auto-notify to the waitlist close that gap. All three are in GymManage Pro's Studio tier.
Waitlist automation for high-demand slots
The 6am, 9am, and 6pm reformer slots are gold in most studios. A late cancellation on any of them should trigger a text to the next three people on the waitlist, in order. If the software doesn't do that automatically, you're losing $80–$120 in real money every time.
Instructor coverage and swaps
When your senior instructor calls in sick, the software should tell the junior taking over: which client needs which modification, who's post-natal, who's returning from a rotator-cuff injury. That's the CRM layer, and it's what generic scheduling software leaves out entirely.

FAQ
Does this replace our existing booking tool?
It can. Studios that don't need a public class marketplace often replace their entire booking stack with GymManage Pro.
How does the waitlist work?
When a slot opens up (late cancel or no-show), the top 3 people on the waitlist get an SMS + email. First to confirm takes the slot.
Can we enforce a 12-hour cancellation policy?
Yes — cancellation window is configurable per slot type. Late cancels auto-deduct from the client's package.
Do duet slots handle solo bookings?
Yes — if only one client books a duet, you can auto-cancel or convert to a semi-private with different pricing.
Does it sync with Google Calendar?
Yes, one-way sync (GymManage Pro → Google Calendar) is included for instructors.
Can clients book from a public page?
Studio tier includes a public booking page you can embed on your site or share as a link.
